Animal Kind Veterinary Hospital understands how stressful and worrisome an accident or a sudden illness can be. Even though we prefer to manage your pet’s health with preventive veterinary care, we know that some health problems happen without warning.
We are available for your pet
- Monday – Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 8:00 p.m., emergencies until 12 a.m. midnight
- Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., emergencies until 12 a.m midnight
- Open for emergencies until midnight 7 days a week
Urgent veterinary care for your beloved pet, whether it is a painful ear infection or a serious, life-threatening illness or injury is also necessary when these happen:
- Trouble breathing
- Bleeding
- Pacing, panting, and anxiousness indicating pain
- Swelling or other allergic reaction
- Hit by a car or car accident
- Other major trauma
- Drowning
- Hypothermia
- Hyperthermia/heat exhaustion
- Seizures
- Inability to urinate
- Pain
- Persistent vomiting or diarrhea
- Poisoning
- Dietary indiscretion
- High fever
