I'm originally from Northeast Ohio, where I spent four years living and working on a family farm. We grew alfalfa and kept a flock of sheep. My animal care experience is rooted in that time.

Since 2019 I've worked exclusively with cats and dogs, previously as a kennel manager and currently work full-time in client services for Animal Kind where I've been part of the family since 2024.

In my spare time I work as a dog walker in the city and co-own a business with my partner that operates pub trivia games. My interests in science, literature, history, politics and pop culture and my fascination with obscurities and little-known facts take center stage every week as we write and research our own material each week. My favorite part of it all is interacting with the players.

A passion that's developed because of my time in animal care has been photography, specifically of dog.

At home, my partner and I have a senior rescue named Winston. He's a Fox Terrier/Shih Tzu mix with a sweet and spicy personality with a wicked underbite.
