Pamela's adventure began with a deep-rooted love for animals. At 21, she combined her administrative skills with her passion for pets and became a receptionist at Animal Kind. Over the years, she gained invaluable insights into veterinary practices and animal care by working closely with veterinarians and technicians. This experience equipped her with knowledge about medical procedures, treatments, and preventive care, enabling her to provide accurate information to clients.

Outside of work, Pamela is a proud parent to an 11-year-old son and three adorable cats. Her experience as a pet owner gives her a unique understanding of the joys and challenges of caring for animals, enriching her role at the clinic and allowing her to connect with clients on a personal level.
